I can't find invoice for AMZ*AMAZON PAYMENTS 39.99 in my account.
I need to submit the invoice but I can't find it under transactation or report.
Please let me know,

Are you European? Then you will get an email from Amazon "Seller fees tax invoice". And you find this invoice in the reports under "Seller fees tax invoice". BUT - I never checked if these fees include the monthly subscription of $ 39.99 because there is just one total amount of all fees. Check for one month and you will know. IN FACT I cannot say you about what fees we are talking here, because these amounts are a lot too small to be the FBA fees. Shame on me! I just look at my bank account at the end of the month and that's it!
