selling fees - "other" fees explained Please

On the mobile app scrolled down to Payments, click, then scroll down Selling fees, there is "other". I have scoured all reporting, the forums and can not find what exactly is included in this mystery "Other" charges. Any report I try online never comes close to showing me the amount on the mobile app. Does anyone know how to crack this mystery? I've attached a screenshot for reference to what I am on about. Thank you in advance for all help.
