I have sent wrong product to fulfilment center for FBA

I’m just a first time New seller never ever sold on FBA. I manage to sent MY FIRST consignment to Amazon FBA but the product I sent out is different.
I have wrongly booked and send under this ASIN:
B078VCFMLQ

BUT ORIGINAL PRODUCT ASIN is B07Z4TW5JZ

I have emailed them several time first few replies where that I have to wait till product get to the fulfillment centers and they will redo it for me.
And now, when I opened the case again for relabelling the product they will emailed me back saying I have to recall the product and resend it again under new Asin listing.

I’m completely confused and don’t know what to do??? Your help is highly appreciated.

You need to wait until the items are checked in,they will message you with “shipment problem” and you should then be able to request they relabel the items.

i have made the same mistake. Did you had to recall your inventory or amazon relabeled for you ?

As mentioned above you need to wait and fix the error once its in and then you can either remove the inventory and ship it back to you or create a new listing ( if prep is needed and prep not booked you won’t be able to create a new listing from fix stranded and would need to remove it)
