How do I respond to a Review

Hi all

I have had a customer write a question in the review area and want to respond to this, how can I do it? I have not faced this before. I want to give them the information they need

Unfortunately, you can’t. Amazon have recently removed the ability to respond to reviews [Oh dear, what a lot of Rs!]

Hahah, it is a lot of R’s. Thanks for letting me know, I will do an update in the product details and hopefully the customer will see it there.

OMG really???
I have a bad review which I know how to resolve but I can’t make a public response?
That’s insane.
How come some people do seller feedback and others product review…
