General Adjustment on Returns
Hi - Can anyone confirm the term/refund reason ‘General Adjustment’ I think it could mean that customer is refunded but item not returned back to the inventory

Amazon seem to use General Adjustment for lots of different reasons. You can never really tell.
Sometimes it’s just for the postage that Amazon refund.
After 45 days, if the package hasn’t been returned, they will generally re-imburse you anyway.
