Constant fake orders 300+ a day
Hi
I have over the last 3 days been receiving 300 or more orders on Amazon (which would be great if they were not obvious fake orders from account created to just place the fake order)
Messaging the supposed buyer gets no reply tried a standard message on 200 of the orders to see if any reply from anyone and nothing.
I have also had 3 people today contact me to say then have received the order but they did not order it and nothing on their own amazon account (name./address correct) but nearly all orders have a different buyer contact name to the dispatch and all different accounts.
They stand out on most as the same things show up such as the same telephone number across multiple orders or the contact buyer being an email address for say yahoo but 15 orders all like that all a yahoo email address for the contact name.
This is clearly a rival seller out to damage competitors businesses buy placing multiple orders constantly on low cost items till no stock and/or caused a lot of lost money in postage, fees etc to the people. It is Amazing how on the items a number of sellers that all around the same price keep disappearing while one is always there and now winning the buy back as no competition.
I have had to resort to making account as inactive(on holiday setting) as was getting 1 real order to 50 possible fakes with orders coming through every 2 minutes. I tried today around 8am to go active again and got 36 orders in 45 minutes all with contact name showing as &%then a name so again all probable fake orders. The same occurred when tried again at 1pm for 20 minutes got 10 orders pending within 4 minutes so stopped again till came though and again look to be fake.
I have reported this to Amazon a number of times from Monday to today but still nothing to help and cannot sell due to the ridiculous amount of fake orders placed.
Clearly the rival is winning at present as others are all being driving out of business - their is either a few people sitting just creating account after account and placing orders on each or they are using some automation bot to do it for the number coming through and the fact the dispatch details are all different names and addresses they must be getting from somewhere - with the 3 people that have contacted me so far (that have not just binned or ignored or return to sender that not came back yet) shows the names are correct to the addresses in some if not all cases.
Any ideas on how to get help with this so can actually sell again on Amazon ?

I had this last year, hundreds of orderes for the same item. every customer had the same first name.
Amazon couldnt find anything wrong even though I was getting messages from these people saying they hadent ordered anything.
No money taken from there accounts.
Had to put that item to zero stock to stop it.
never had a come back to this day.

Sounds to me like a Brushing Scam:
This type of fraud involves Amazon sellers setting up accounts in a stranger’s name, then sending their products to an unsuspecting recipient.
They then use this account they’ve set up to write fake ‘verified reviews’ in a bid to improve their seller ratings or destroy someone else’s
I understand that what you need to do is:
Report to seller performance immediately and forewarn them, as the perpetrator could close down your account with either fake A-Z claims and false product reviews and damning seller feedback.
Also raise a case with SS and do everything you can to preempt any possible negative hits your metrics may get.
