Does Amazon provides shipping boxes
Hello fellow sellers!
I'm a newbie here and I really would love to learn more about your selling experience on Amazon! I plan to ship my products (in six sided white cardboard boxes, not those Amazon shipping boxes) to an Amazon warehouse by FBA. My questions are, when a customer places an order, does the customer receives the product in my original white cardboard packaging, or it would be inside an Amazon shipping box? Does Amazon provides extra shipping boxes? Some people said when you ship FBA you have to include your products inside a shipping box, some said you wouldn't have to as Amazon would fulfill your products in their boxes. I opened a case but couldn't get a clear answer. Can someone please help to clarify this? Really appreciate you reading this!

Amazon ships items all different ways. Most items are shipped in Amazon packaging but not necessarily in boxes. It will depend on how big the item is and if it is combined with other items to fulfill an order. Amazon uses large paper poly envelopes and Amz boxes, and if the item is extra large they may just put the shipping label directly on the product without boxing it. Mostly, items are placed in a box or an envelope.
The rule of thumb is to package your item to withstand a 6-foot drop and to be tossed in a box with a bowling ball.
