Read onlyI have not been selling on Amazon for about 18 months as my account was deactivated, following numerous emails.
Could anyone help me in giving me details on how to go about reactivating the account - is there a direct email address or better still a telephone number so I can communicate with the Amazon team and begin selling again?
Why was your account deactivated ? - can you share the email you received as that will be the clue to helping you, otherwise no-one will be able to advise. Check your performance notifications etc. If you are on the professional selling plan (pay £30 a month) you may be able to get a call back, but there is no direct line to Account Health.
