Buy Box - getting into the rotation
Hi seasoned sellers
I understand the key elements that help you ‘win’ the buy box.
I was on the understanding that when all is equal an equal rotation would occur for all eligible sellers.
I am yet to win the buy box at all - its been sat at 0% for over a week.
Key Facts:
I am FBA
I am competing against one other FBA seller
I am the lowest price
I have a strong inventory
I am not competing against Amazon
I do not have any sales history. I am a new seller.
Despite being a new seller I thought I may have even had 10% of the buy box but seemingly not. Have I missed something obvious?

It may also be that your offer shows to different people in different areas depending on where stock is

I originally matched the lowest price. the buy box owner has since increased the price by £0.05 and still controls the buy box.

1- Do you have a customer service phone number on your seller account? I think this is really important for your account.
2 - Your delivery and handling time also really important for buybox.
3 - You can be lowest price but you need to check about “Featured Offer ineligible” it’s really important.
