Shipment Status Closed, UPS still not delivered

Shipment Status Closed, UPS still not delivered

The title says it all, but I’ll go into more detail.

Sent on the 30th November, I expected a delay due to Christmas, but on the 15th it was postponed… UPS tracking is saying it’s been rescheduled, but today Amazon changed the shipping status to Closed.

Is this just a 30-day thing? Do I just hold on until my stock is delivered, or raise a case? This is the first time this has happened to me and the forums don’t hold much advice on the subject.

Does the UPS tracking still say rescheduled?

I would suggest you can raise a case, I always used to raise with Amazon but another poster on here earlier this month said its much more reliable to raise it with UPS

Well, an update for those who may want to know:

Spoke to a helpful man at UPS, told me he’d send me an email. Email just contained a link to the online claim form to raise an investigation. Logged into my UPS account and started the case - to receive an error that I wasn’t the actual shipper, as it was done via Amazon, so I couldn’t raise a case.

I’ll try to reconcile when that’s made available - apparently tomorrow!

I just had my shipment from the 7th of December closed while still in transit, the UPS tracking shows as rescheduled, 5 more shipments to follow soon, all of them showing out for delivery since the 18th!

Well, I raised a case last night via the Reconciliation tab and this morning I got a response saying that they were going to reimburse as they can’t locate the items! By this afternoon the reimbursement money is in my balance, and now I know I just have to send another load of stuff over.

Good response, and I understand the money may be taken back if the stuff does show up - but for now I think I’ll send another batch of stock… It’s a shame my customers have had to miss out, but at least I’ve been paid for them!

Has anyone had the issue of UPS tracking advising delivery in transit, Amazon tracking also showing its not been delivered but the units have been scanned in, sold and shipment closed? Its very confusing to me that Amazon AND UPS both saying the shipment hasnt been delivered and not scanned in weeks yet the units have been sold…this has happened to 2 of my shipments now
