Getting a trouble to verify bank account verification if your account is very new!

I just open 2 days ago a bank account. And I am trying to verify this account as my Deposit Information. There is no bank statement because the account is very new. I went to the bank and the officer gave me a letter. This letter includes the full account number and full name. It is not a screenshot and is very new. I sent it again to the Amazon to verify my bank account. But they did not verify. How could I setup a bank account if my account is very new?

Hello @Seller_ap2TiEILc7PYs,

Thank you for reaching out. To maintain a trusted store for buyers and sellers, we need to verify the information that you provided during registration. Here you can find information on the global seller identity verification process and the documents that you have to provide to create and verify your selling on Amazon account.

In order to properly verify your bank account information

  • Go to Settings and click Account Info.
  • On the Seller Account Information page, under Payment Information, click Deposit Methods.
  • On the Deposit Methods page, click Manage Deposit Methods and find the bank account that you are using to receive disbursements.
  • On the Verify Bank Account page, select Bank Account Holder Name.
  • Click Upload Bank Statement to upload your bank document.
  • Confirm the requirements for verification, and then click Submit for Verification. You'll be redirected to the Manage Deposit Method page, where the verification status of your bank account will display “In progress.”

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Cheers,

Micah
