Amazon refuses to remove a fake seller using my ASIN
I have been listed in Brand Registry since last year but have been selling on Amazon for several years. There is a fake seller that took an ASIN that I am sold out of and is now selling it on my product page. But they don't have my product for sale, since it is my own brand product and I am the only one who sells it. This other seller that goes by "Sellerilla" has a 24% rating and all his reviews are 1 star.
I contacted Seller Support and they say they can't remove this seller from using my ASIN and to contact Brand Registry. But Brand Registry says they can't do anything unless I buy the item and have an Order Number and can prove they are selling a fake product.
So neither Seller Support or Brand Registry are willing to remove this fake seller from using my ASIN B0BC4CHNPV and preventing people from placing orders that this seller will never fill, and the buyers then think that I am the one not shipping and leaves me bad comments.

Buy a product from this seller and complain as customer that the received product doesn't match the description. Describe exactly the differences. If you don't live in the country you sell you will find someone on a platform to do this. Amazon will remove this seller afterwards.

I have kicked 2 sellers off my listing.

Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, Patent) violation------report a violation------type in the ASIN------select that seller----- report counterfeit products----- select report without purchasing the product.
The most important part is the reason:
I'm "your name", the only brand owner of " your brand". I have never authorized any other individual or company to sell this branded product.
After submission, they will remove the seller very soon.
