Reaching out as running out of options - seller support has not been of help so far.
We are currently unable to log into our main user account [the master access/ admin account], we get the 'The credentials you provided were incorrect. Check them and try again' error message. The credentials are of course correct. As we are able to access our account via our secondary accesses still, we raised a ticket and have back and forth with seller support, who have done a credentials re-set, without any luck. Our support ticket is now stuck in a limbo - whenever we chase, we're told that there are currently no updates and that they will get back to us.
This is very challenging as without our master access, we are unable to re-verify our account and resume selling.
Any support would be greatly appreciated!
