Problem sending pallets to FBA

Problem sending pallets to FBA

We use pallet track to send pallets to Amazon FBA. Yesterday our pallet to BHX4 was refused as they were at capacity. Tried sending another today but the only option was to send it to BHX4 again. Any idea's how to get round this and send to another FC?

This is the email from Pallet Track:

Amazon Fulfilment Centres in Coventry (BHX4) and Rugby (BHX5) are now also at capacity and unable to accept any more bookings. The current backlog at PGS Global (D071) exceeds 500 pallets for the two locations, and the delivery member has no space to accept more pallets until the backlog disperses and other book in appointments are released.

Deliveries to the two Amazon sites affected are suspended with immediate effect.

Amazon will not release additional slots, so based on the current backlog it is likely to take up to four weeks to clear. We will provide an update as soon as volumes subside, loads are delivered and future slots become available.

Freight destined for these Amazon sites must not be sent.

Consignments loaded in error and received at the hub will be returned to the originating member.

Did you get anywhere with this? we just keep getting told that we need to resend, our pallet company are now saying that they are going to start charging us for storage or return the pallet to us and we will need to pay again when they start taking in shipments
