My account is Deactivated

Hello Hope You are doing well.. Actually im stuck .. im new seller in amazon and recently i created my account i was advised to add aditional stores in my account so i added and didn't create any other account .. just added my store other markets.. saudia arabia deactivated my account in verification issue ask me for utility bill with my name deactivated my all accounts and my inventory is in stuck in UAE market i added by mistake saudia arabia market in my store after that i submitted lots of apeal and provide all my details they send automated mail which is Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

Why did this happen?

How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:

-- A business license if applicable

-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service

what to do now ? I'm just starting my business and invest hard earned money in my amazon kindly look into thi matter asap I submit the asked documents very clearly but not reactivating from amazon side
