Countries
Read onlyhi guys,
I have had my account for a year, I have been inactive for quite some time.
Came back to selling products via FBA & needed to do an ID verification & expect a video phone call to verify myself however did not receive any contact from Amazon at all.
A couple weeks later I received a notification that my account is deactivated for a multiple account violation, I have a global account but currently intend to sell in the UK only, I have addressed all the issues and verified payments methods etc for the other countries & got an email from Amazon that everything is verified & I’m now ready to sell. I submitted an appeal for the policy violation attached a snapshot of that email & have had a response back today that the appeal is declined with the following response:
“We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
To reactivate your account, you first need to successfully appeal all policy violations on any and all other selling accounts that are enforced by submitting appeals for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account or by signing into your Seller Central account.”
I have scoured through my account, I have never set up another Amazon account or I would’ve known straight away of course.
I assume perhaps somewhere in Amazons systems I’m probably deactivated because of the ID verification but I have no clue.
In need of some guidance how I can’t reactivate my account & get back to selling.
@Julia_Amzn@Winston_Amazonjust tagging mods if they are able to help in anyway
I have this exact issue as well with account deactivated to multiple accounts which I am not aware of.
I received an email to verify my identity for UK account a month ago and scheduled 3 appointments but amazon have never scheduled a call.
Very frustrating as I do not know how to move forward.
Please let me know if you have any advice or reach a solution.
