I hope you don't mind me tagging you directly but your name was the first one i saw, i'm having trouble with the cases below, i wondered if you could point me in the direction of someone that could help?.
when i opened my seller account somebody called me and asked if i needed any help or had any issues (At the time i didn't).
Are we as sellers each assigned a specific helper/assistant that looks after certain sellers? if so how do i go about contacting them?.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Anazon don’t allocate personal helpers to sellers I’m afraid. Your earlier “helper” would have been a sales promoter who has now disappeared!
What is the problem? No response from “Seller Support” for your problem?

Thanks for posting on Amazon. To clarify, Amazon doesn't assign dedicated personal helpers or account managers to individual sellers. The person who called you when you first opened your account was likely from our sales or onboarding team, and they typically don't provide ongoing case-specific support. I've reviewed the cases and see that the team has already shared guidance.
You may check the invoice requirements here and resubmit them. Let us know if you need further assistance.
