Newbie already threatened with suspension
Just started my FBA journey after joining a mentorship mainly to avoid mismatches/suspension. Unfortunately with my very first listing exactly this happened.
The mentor is great, don’t get me wrong. The listings/pics ARE identical, just one of them says by Hasbro.
So I tried to get ungated for Hasbro to be able to sell them. Sent in the invoice of the supplier as stated, but now amazon says they need to provide the full circle of the supply chain they have with Hasbro. The supplier made it difficult enough to get just this one VAT invoice, so I can’t see it happening they grant me access to their supply chain.
What would you do? Battle it out with amazon or have it returned and then return to supplier? Probably no chance for a newbie to get ungated for Hasbro…? Sell it on ebay?
Has my account now got a “red flag” on it? Or is it simply nature of the business and I should just get on with my journey?
Has it been such a stony path (had a couple of more blunders as well) for all of you in the beginning?

If you’ve only tried to get ungated first , rather than sending products and then being asked for your documents, there will be no harm to your account - just that the brand with remain gated
The toy category is one of the hardest to get into , especially with such high profile brands where its near impossible to get a LOA from the actual brand
Your mentorship may look knowledgeable but have you read amazons own seller university pages ?
They are free and up to date including all their actual policies

bought from “very” and it was classed as stranded inventory until it turned out it is a mismatch.
It’s a game, believed the lead that it is from Charys, but it is Hasbro. Would tell you the ASIN but was just wondering …usually you can’t post ASINs anywhere without causing screams. So would this be ok here?
