Multiple Brands Under one Store?
I know that I can make multiple brands under one Store but If I have to sell one of my brands in future. Can I sell one and keep the other brand? Is it possible? or is it recommended to make a separate account for this

You can have multiple brands on your amazon account.
You would have to have multiple trademarks or get multiple brands approved by Amazon.
Down the road, you can sell this brand if you wish. The detail page will still exist and you can just stop selling it on your account and the new owner can just sell the products on the same listing you created on the account they created.

I am assuming you are referring to multiple brands on 1 seller central account. If you are referring to Stores, then it is 1 store per brand.
It is your choice if you want to have all your brands in 1 Seller Central account or create multiple accounts. If you do create multiple accounts, please ensure you understand the parameters provided in the Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy Seller University video.
