Account deactivated

Hello
I have created selling account in USA And they have deactivated the account .So I upload my mobile phone bill and verify my identity on video call as well .Then my account was reactivated
After that I registered my business in UK and want to sell in UK marketplace also and when I started application for UK selling Amazon has not demanded any document or my business information
And after two days my account was again deactivated and again they demanded a utility bill
I upload my Mobile Phone bill which was accepted by USA marketplace and is rejected by UK marketplace
I cannot understand what is the reason behind that
Every thing is okay with bill
I then upload my Business Registration certificate as they said in mail that I can upload business license as well
And after that I got an mail saying that I have to provide one of the following documents as an additional proof of identity: birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, partnership agreement, rental agreement, lease agreement, or identity card.
I uploaded my Identity Card and Birth Certificate but again they rejected it
I am not understanding that which document they needed
Any one can guide me?

So are you currently registered as an individual and do you not live in UK ?

Are you a partnership ?
Did you upload your partnership UTR number ?

While submitting documents for verification, please ensure that the name and address on Seller central must match on the document that you are submitting such as mobile phone bill in your case.

There could be multiple reasons why your bill got rejected such as the details on seller central weren’t matching, the bill details couldn’t be verified, or the bill didn’t contain the required information to verify your details and address.

Ensure that whenever you submit any document there will be a verification conducted based on the details your have provided and if in case it doesn’t get verified, it can get rejected.

Also, attach the recent performance notification that you have received so that it will help us to understand the problem better and will be able to guide you further on it.

In the performance notification, you will have the documents requirements so ensure that it is being fulfilled.

If you have submitted the phone bill and it got rejected, try submitting another document such as utility bill for piped gas,natural gas, electricity, piped water, fixed line phone or internet service.
