Amazon scams sellers, stealing items shipped to FBA

have sent 22lbs pack with 100 units (1500$ production cost), they got it according to tracking 3 month ago, after "investigation" i was told that they found "discrepancy" , minus 100 pcs. I HAVE PROVIDED:

1 official factory invoice

2 official USPS proof of delivery with amazon employee signature

3 official post office receipt with tracking and weight proof

4 amazon inner tracking confirming they got 22lbs parcel

BUT they dont bother, staying that they have not got my staff. have created many cases, contacted by phone to support team superviser. LOOKS like amazon scam!!!!!!

At 2016, FC steal my hot-sale items to sale under my ASIN but showed Sold by Amazon, by Tampering Inventory data,.

At 2022, they Tamper my inventory data showed No discreprancy,but in fact, did not get any item.

Of course, what I said FC is CN FC; The USA FC is very prefessional.

Experienced the same thing here! I created a removal order for my items to be sent back to my warehouse. Removal Order System indicated our warehouse staff received that package, but when I checked, there weren't any packages from Amazon on that mentioned date! Created multiple cases, the support stuff just brushed off the issue. At least yours was delivered by UPS. Mine was by Amazon Logistics - meaning no tracking info available - they said they checked with their i quote "INTERNAL TRACKING TOOL" which they weren't able to provide me with any proof of delivery. My items were worth thousands of dollars. All gone. Amazon stole it.

I have started to take photos of everything I'm sending, and videos of me packing the boxes, as well as showing the shipping labels on the boxes, because I also had something similar happen when I sent in 6 units. They claimed I only sent 5, even though I custom build a box to perfectly fit 6 units.

I don’t get it. I’ve experienced a similar experience ~ where they “Lost”. 1/2 of the units in the box. Now it’s happening again ~ but this time it’s 2 full boxes. Unfortunately. Seller support is clueless on how to get to the bottom of what happened to product sent to them. I think they just keep asking for more and more info to discourage me. Sorry ~ I know you’re looking for help ~ but all I can say is I understand your frustration!

We are having most shipments "missing" items or being over by a few. I am now taking pictures, we have boxes double checked, and numbered so we know which ones are sent in. I make up packing slips for each shipment on a letterhead, and sign each one. I also include any relevant pictures for that shipment. It is a lot of work but they are now having all of our product sent to one warehouse instead of multiple, which I am assuming is because of the complaints we have made. They are now fixing most of our shipments after I file a claim.

yea i had it happen last year first time...2 big boxes of 8 items each, delivered but 0/16 is what they gave me...only time it ever happened in 5 years luckily...

Same here. I am sending multiple SKUs in one box. The number of items for each SKU is always in even numbers but they always say 1 or 2 is missing. Then they put it on my Shipment performance. They never accept my dispute.

Same here.

we had 188 units go missing from the hebron kentucky FC. We fought up and down, all the way around.

The units vanished, and then amazingly a few months later Amazon warehouse deals had a lot of my one-of-a-kind product to sell. We self distribute so we know full well that those are our missing units.

There is a reason we call is ScAmazon!
