You are not approved to list this product. You will need to contact the brand owner to become an authorized seller of this product on Amazon
Hello,
I have been trying to place a listing of a boxed, brand new Apple iPhone 14 on Amazon.de
First, I saw that I was required to get a LUCID number and register with a dual-system and submit the number on amazon for verification, which I did.
After getting approved I tried to list the iPhone on Amazon by going on Catalogue->Add a product and choosing the appropriate product and I still cannot upload a listing, neither being able to ‘Apply to sell’ as the button is greyed and says its not available
How do I get approval from brand owner?
What other restrictions and limitations are there and what steps should I follow in order to be able to add the listing?
And kind of help is appreciated!

Is this your own phone - unwanted etc
Or do you buy and sell them from an authorised distributor - trade only ?
And why selling on .de ?

It’s fairly straightforward, you contact Apple directly yourself and get written permission from them.
But frankly, Apple are extremely unlikely to grant you permission to sell their items on Amazon.
And I doubt that you would even managed to get in touch with whoever it is that needs to authorise it.
It’s one that has been tightened up considerably.
I would suggest that you look for other things to sell.

I think the long and short of this is, you won’t be selling this phone on Amazon, full stop.
You would need to get authorisation from apple, which is unlikely
You are buying from a shop, so if amazon ask for applicable receipts (that they will accept), you won’t have them

You can’t because you’re not an official reseller
Lots of restrictions and there are no steps that will enable you to sell an Apple product.
Apple are just one of many electronics companies (and others) that restrict who can sell their products, both new and used. Panasonic is another, Microsoft is another, Yankee Candles is another…the list is extensive.
Your best option is Ebay or similar.

@Cheaphit Dont quote me on this as each category has different rules. I had a similar issue with a mug set which was not listed on Amazon. Wizarding world branded all we did to get around it was to list the product anyway. And where you have entered the brand a pop up will appear asking you to apply for permission.
Click the pop up and fill out the application, Where it asks are you officially affiliated with the brand click no, (Be honest!) Amazon still granted us permission to sell our mugs despite the brand being restricted. we had to provide photos etc and prove they were a quality product.
UK our retail laws pretty much stand at if you purchase a product and have a receipt its yours to resell as you wish, why theres so many phone shops. Guarantee none of them have approval from apple.
I would recommend try listing your products as refurbished devices to differentiate yourself from apple, Sell on a grade scale A,B,C
May be wrong but thats my 2 pence

Or you post it and the buyer returns an empty box for a full refund
