Amazon Fee Rates

I sell accessories for tools so my seller fees for these products should be 13.26% as they fall into the category DIY &amp; Tools but some of my sales are being charged the standard rate of 15.3%. Any ideas why this is happening?

  <p>Several of your products don’t appear to be allocated to a browse node, so it’s possible Amazon are taking the 15.3% for those. B01KVU54QI is an example. It’s worth you checking those with the higher fee to make sure they have a browse node.</p>
