Trademark IP complaints that are Ruining the Amazon business
Hello,
Some competitor took a similar-sound TM on the internet and made Trademark IP complaints on my BRAND REGISTERED listings, that I'm selling under my own tradeamrk ---- And Amazon accepted these complaints and knocked out my listings + frozen all inventory WORLDWIDE, even TM complaint was on Amazon.de only.
Frozen stock for $50.000 value!
I'm extremely frustrated about WHY I made Trademark and Brand Registry if it does not protect me from such fraud attacks?
Amazon has not even replied to my Appeal for 9 days already !!!
