Is anybody elses sales not showing at all? Have had no orders in over 40 minutes and this is very out of the ordinary. Hoping this is an Amazon glitch!!

Definitely something not right been an hour for us
Nothing for over an hour for us which is very unusual. Only time we really see an hour without sales is overnight.
Don’t know if it’s related but just looked on the Amazon app on my phone and all condition descriptions are missing from listings.
No sales for only 40 mins, aren't you the lucky one :)
The UK is not in a good position right now, business is bad generally everywhere.
When we don't get sales, we check downdetector, Amazon's service status and our Amazon health page.
If downdetector suggests issues by end users then Amazon retail website and/or may have technical issues.
You can also check the following Amazon's service status link in the Europe region:
https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
Additionally if your OTDR or order defect rate goes up, Amazon tends to add promise padding which reduces your sales. This can really kill your sales.
Hi all,
I have noticed worryingly low sales too, particularly for November.
Do we suspect there is an Amazon-wide issue currently?
This should be our busiest period and its currently one of the quietest periods of our entire year.
This is frequently happened with me. The sales were going good and then suddenly a huge drop on sales. This situation sometimes stays for couple of days. I am still trying to understand why is that.
