Read onlyWe're having an issue with our UK Account Health, our Home store. We were at over 250 but it's been dropping like a stone for reasons we really don't understand. Account Health support suggested it was the "8 Suspected IP infringements" but they have been there for several months and are "medium Voilations" and there is always something in there! If we look at one of our EU Account Health status on one we have 19 of those and that account has other issues but is perfectly healthy! It makes no sense.
In mid August the UK health number dropped by 36 points from 156 to 120 over about 3 days. Today its at 124
Does anyone have any ideas to advise us? We're a 99.9% small FBA seller.
We opened a further case 10131668112 on August 23 but this was simply closed this morning 11 Sept without a reply.
Any help from fellow sellers would be appreaciated. I attach a screenshot of our UK Health at 120 and our IT Health at 212 so you can understand why we're so confused.
Its also based on sales - so if you had more sales on one account, that would keep your AHR higher.
Though that is an awful lot of Suspected IP violations!
