Delivery date showing more than 7days to buyers to all my self ship order listing

Its been 2months since I had logged a Case with Amazon Seller Central and Till now I havnt got any solution to my problem.

I am doing FBM as its my startup and my few products are HAZMAT products so I have to Self-Ship.

All my listing which come under self-ship option it shows delivery date more than7days to buyer due to which i am not recieving any order.

If anybody has any solution for it let me know.. I am in need of Help.

Unfortunately, many sellers are facing the same problem. When your ODR rate exceeds 1% for any reason, Amazon can extend your shipment delivery time to 1 month in the background, and you cannot change this even if you set the delivery time to the shortest time in the settings. After the ODR rate returns to normal, the problem resolves itself.
