Returned one item but Amazon issued a refund for 2 items

Hello.

I have an A-to-z Claim in Oct, the buyer only returned one item, and I hade issued the refund for her before, then the buyer filed a claim for 2 items in her order and Amazon granted this claim. I appealed and Amazon removed the impact on ODR on the second appeal, but did not disburse for their wrong refund. I continued to submit the appeal for refund. Very confused, Amazon restored the impact that was previously removed of my ODR. I continue to appeal again, Amazon removed the impact again, however, they still refused to return the wrong money they made and did not tell me why.

Case id 16557873851.
