Hello, Effective from March 2, 2026, following our annual carrier rate review, the pre-negotiated EVRI carrier rates on Amazon Buy Shipping will increase. To view the complete rate structure now, go to EVRI rates. The Amazon Europe team

Hi

How can we block customers from using Evri returns on Prime? What is the process please for Royal Mail only? is this possible?

Our products are expensive and they dont offer insurance only £20, and high losses. Please advise.

Thank you!

Leave APRL - contact seller help and state the reason as fraudulent returns. Then change your return settings to Amazon provides an unpaid returns label or provide your own RM prepaid returns label. If the customer pays for the return postage and item is lost in transit then the customer has to chase Evri for compensation. Once we left the scheme, I have had 1 customer (in about 6 months) use Evri for a return.

Hi there @Seller_FR2eyCyV45BIF,

If you use Seller Pre-Paid Return labels, you can provide the buyer with a label from the carrier of your choice. You can review how to do this in the Manage returns help page. If you are still having issues can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case and we can review to see what other options, if any, may be available. Thank you for your understanding.
