I need my £30 back for setting up a professional seller account
hi i was not told that i had to pay a £30 charge i would like to log a refund but the website keeps taking me round in circles i have rung amazon up and they were no help at all this is causing much distress and had angered me as nothing was highlighted about the £30 charge

Since you were charged £30, then it means that you signed up for the Professional Selling Plan, which has a monthly fee.
If you would like to downgrade your account’s selling plan, follow this link and click on “Downgrade”:
and then, as long as you haven’t sold anything and your account is in a good standing, open a case with the Seller Support, requesting to have any prior subscription fees refunded, using this link:

Unfortunately you did not notice that the default account is a Pro account with the monthly charge.
It is highlighted on the sign up page though, if you had read carefully.
To sign up for the Individual account you would have had to scrool to the bottom of the sign up page, click a small link and follow that route.
It is designed [poorly] so that Individual has to be specifically chosen.
Follow the advice and links already given to obtain a refund and downgrade
