I'm already advertising, but when I search my product's keywords on my personal Amazon, they don't show up
Hi,
I’m new to Amazon selling, though I’ve been trying to sell on Shopify since the end of October, and over the years I was selling books on Kindle, and stuff, so I have some advertising experience.
I’ve been waiting for my products to show up on Amazon for over a month now. When I look on the help page, it says my products are buyable.
When I click the link, I cannot add them to my basket.
And when I try to search them on my personal Amazon account (from the correct country), I cannot see them. I’ve put a high bid on them on my ads account and I think they should show up. I look at all the pages too, just in case… Also, I’m tried with a few of my keywords from my campaigns…
It says in my ads account that there were over 600 impressions, but not clicks yet.
So please help! What am I doing wrong?

It could be that your listing is being search suppressed. Have a look at the top of your inventory for “suppressed” and see if it is.
I don’t know which of these it is (if it is any as they are guesses):

You’ve mentioned germs in the listing. Sometimes there can be issues even when you say it doesn’t do something as a bot doesn’t get the context

This is the second listing today that has a bullet talking about customer service. I’m not sure enough to say it isn’t allowed, but sure enough to say you should check.
Could be none of those things of course.

if you’re getting impression and you can’t find your product in the search then it might be that your impressions are coming from product page impression and not search and it could also mean that your bids are not high enough for first page ad placement.
edit also I know you didn’t ask but your images are really bad i would advice getting them more professionally done if you’re serious about selling on amazon

You can take photos with AmazonBasics Portable Photo Studio if your product is not too big. The lighting in it is good. The photo studio information was found from this forum.

Generic keyword system is I believe broken for a few years. It’s all about PPC the more you spend (the more money Amazon make) the more your ad shows up and ranks higher.
