Parent and Child listings not linking?
Hi
I’ve tried several times this week to upload new parent and child listings to my inventory. Every time I have uploaded it is not paired the parent listings with the child listings. I am getting no errors on my upload checks when I check my excel document. I have raised a ticket before and was advised to delete the parent listings and re-list which I have done but this still has not resolved the problem. I have also re-downloaded the template as provided by Amazon to ensure that I am using the most up to date version of this but it is still not working.
Can someone advise asap why this is happening? Is it an error on the website?

If you go to parent listing go to variation listing and upload details manually: size, colour skus, price. It then will link it automatically

Hi. So presumably the listing IS created as a stand alone listing, (ie not paired with the parent) ??
If so, try this.
Delete this standalone ASIN from your inventory by selecting “Delete Product and Listing”.
Wait 15 mins then go to your parent listing and add the ASIN back again as a variation.
