Amazon Seller support is unprofessional!
I don’t know if it is intentional or not, but the Amazon support hasn’t responded to cases and messages for months. This is more than ridiculous for company like Amazon.
I’ve been trying to open an account for 2 months, having absolutely all the documents I need, but Amazon refused to accept them. In addition, I called 5 times, each time I have been promised an answer within 24 hours and examine of my documents and nothing! Does Amazon not like new buyers in the last months of the year? This is so ridiculous and unprofessional!

Hi,
You need to post the notifications you have received from Amazon so sellers here can help.
First thing to look for is that all details match exactly from paperwork to account settings.
Opening new cases will not help your cause with Amazon. There must be some notification or email from Amazon.

that’s exactly my problem. I’ve sent them everything but they never check it, they have only checked my credit card and that’s it. I don’t know how many cases I’ve opened so far, then the next day is the same thing. it’s marked as “answered” but none response.
I understand they have tons of emails every day, but they also have people working on it, the problem is that these people just don’t do it properly as I can see. seriously they have the worst support I’ve ever seen.

I have similar problem I created a seller account on 29th of October 2019 and they charged me £30 but account status is suspended since then without any prior reason. I’ve been trying to reach to them through emails but no answer. Absolutely pathetic!
