How to find past orders from same buyers?

How to find past orders from same buyers?

Is there a way to search previous customer names? £55 item sent he says Ive sent £5 item and will sent photo of it. I know the correct item was sent tracked. Need to see any previous orders from him.Just not sure if theres a way to do it without trawling through all previous orders individually. Thank you

Just search on the email address.

If the customer has ordered before it will show on the order screen in seller central. At the bottom of the order, next to contact buyer. After the buyer message it will say ‘See all 3 orders from this buyer’ as a clickable link. If it doesn’t they aren’t the same buyer (or at least not the same account).
