At my wits end with "seller support" PLEASE HELP
I need help and I don't know where else to go or what to do anymore. I keep getting the same copy and paste reply over and over again from "support" and my questions aren't even being read by them. (been going on a month now).
I have been selling a product over 2 years and 1 of the 7 variations triggered a "high impact" issue due to compliance. They are claiming my product produces light or colour affects which goes against Amazon policy.
My item is a standard epoxy resin and does not produce light or colour in any way, I have provided the SDS, photos of the product, photos of the actual liquid and they just keep sending me the same copy and paste reply of "amazon restricts the sale of products that produce light or colour" ..... IT DOESNT!
Normally I would just remove the product and be done with it, but this will likely close my account due to the "high impact" nature.
Is there anything I can do to get them just to read the SDS or at least provide some clarity? None of the other variations have received this warning and its the same resin used in all variations.
I'm just fed up, I don't know what to do anymore.
Please help me.
