Automatic Enrolment in Remote Fulfilment & PAN

Hey All

We are based in Ireland and enrolled in PAN, Amazon are asking for us to Enrol into the "Remote Fulfillment"

I am trying to get my head around this, perhaps you can help, is there any benefit of being part of PAN and Remote Fulfillment, can they co exist or is this just opening a can of worms and higher fees
