promised delivery date showing as 10 days away
HI, Hope someone can help with the following, we have been in contact with Amazon for the last week and they have been as useless as ever. Our promised delivery date is showing as 10 days away, however when the customer places an order, it shows for us to dispatch today and deliver in 2 days.
Our sales have plummeted due to this and many customers are cancelling due to noticing this after making an order. As mentioned I have spoken to Amazon CS who have no idea what they are doing.
Any help would be appreciated

check your shipping setting are set up correctly on Amazon
Do you use a third party and are the days set correctly with them ? (this was a problem i had, and i had not altered anything)
If you go into a few of your listing from seller central and see if the handling time is set to zero or what you require it to be or does this have 5 days added to it.

Often this happens when your OTDR goes below 95%. Amazon are seeing that you are delivering late and extend your delivery promise.
If this is the case all you can do is wait until your OTDR goes above 95% and your delivery dates should be correct.
Your feedback does show that you have had some delivery issues in the last month so I would suggest looking at your delivery performance as a first step.
Although if I look at your listings I am only seeing delivery between 12-13th August which isn't 10 days.
