Deactivated account

Can someone please help me reactivate my account? I signed up end of November. My account was deactivated day after. Never got a message or anything explaining why theyve done it. I was charged the £30 fee straight away even though i havent even listed anything. I spoke to someone over phone they said they will get someone to contact me but havent heard anything since. I tried requesting a call back again but cant see the option anymore. Everytime i contact the through the seller support i either get an email saying we’ve closed this case as amazon deactivated your account or this isnt the right channel please follow the instructions on your account. Theres no instructions. I lost my money and i cannot get in touch with them to check what information they need to reactivate my account.

You should have either an email, a message in performance notifications or a box on your home dashboard saying reactivate

They will need to check your personal ID and either your UTR letter from HMRC or Ltd company docs

This is quite normal, as they need time to check all the info required to fully verify your account.

As above post, the £30 fee is NOT for a Business Seller Account - you do not have to pay a fee for a Business account, but you do need to be registered with HMRC as self-employed, and provide Amazon with your UTR before your Business seller account is fully verified.
The fee is simply for the Professional Selling Plan, not a Business ACCOUNT, and you do not have to be on that plan with either type of account.
So you do not pay any more fees you need to downgrade to the Individual plan.
Go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Manage.

You may be able to claim a refund for the unused fee as long as you have sold nothing, though that is at the discretion of Amazon.
Did you sign up for a Business Seller Account or Individual Seller Account ?

Right so: i registered as an individual but paid for the professional account (£30 fee) i was told that i can just change it to the business seller account once ive got my UTR. I have now received it so i am registered with HMRC but cannot change it on amazon. My business is based from home. All the bills etc are in the exact same name. I provided them with my personal bank statement.
