French VAT - need to make a transfer as unable to set up DD

We are still unable to set up Sepa DD B2B and need to pay for last 2 months to French authority by transfer. Anyone knows what is the bank account number or IBAN i guess? What do you put in the reference? We will be trying to set up Sepa B2B with lloyds but as we are micro business in the eyes this might be a no no. Anybody actually managed to overcome it? i dont want to pay 60E penalty every month…

My understanding is that although they require a SEPA B2B DD if you pay using a SEPA credit transfer (i.e. a Euro bank account based in a eurozone country) then they don’t issue a penalty (at least that was the situation a few months ago). Paying by SEPA Core DD apparently does trigger a penalty.

You can get a SEPA bank account via Electronic Money Institutions like Revolut and Transferwise (and possibly WorldFirst).
