performance drop notice

I have today received a performance drop warning for Amazon. Copy of the sailient point below:

Your Order Cancellation Rate for your Seller Fulfilled Prime orders has reached above the 0.5 % maximum threshold of the program. In the period from 27th January to 1st February (week 5), your Order Cancellation Rate was 0.01%

I am no maths genious but I certainly know that 0.01% is LESS than 0.5%

What on earth is happening behind the scences that this is flagging as a performance drop note??

This is the second time I have had a similar incorrect notice, for the first I opened a case, unsurprisingly I have been waiting 20 days for a reply to the case.
