How do I get another seller off my listing?
Another seller has hijacked my listing. The product they have hijacked is a medically graded and compliant product which some people use for treating serious illnesses. I am really worried:
A) That this user could be selling an inferior product on my listing which could harm people
B) I’m obviously losing money (which tbh is my lesser concern here)
C) There is no obvious way to have the user removed
So far I have:
A) Removed my advertising of the product as to reduce sales
B) Placed a copyright infringement which had the whole listing taken down (including myself which my boss wasn’t happy about so I had to retract the infringement)
C) Tried to contact the seller but he’s brand new
I am the producer and creator of my product. How do I get the user off my listing? And if I can’t what is the best thing to do?

A few questions that will help people to advise:
Is the product branded?
If so, is the brand registered with Amazon?
Can you provide the ASIN?
Have you performed a test purchase of their product?
Do you have GS1 Barcodes, and if so who is listed as the owner in the GS1 database?
You may be describing the situation the way you are because you know the product is exclusive to you, but in case you’re not aware I’ll say it anyway; on Amazon you don’t own the listing page. The listing page in the catalogue belongs to Amazon, you simply place offers against it. If another seller has the same product as you (exact, matching brands etc) and it was purchased through legitimate channels then they are supposed to list on the same page as you.
That doesn’t sound like the issue here, but it’s always worth mentioning.
