Payments - No results found message

Printed off my orders as usual early this morning and marked them as dispatched.

No payment received, usually it only takes a few minutes.

I have checked the transaction history with the order number and it’s stating - No Results Found.

Anyone else had the same issue???

Awaiting Amazon seller support for some answers.

I’ve just spotted this.

The guys bulk dispatched 300+ orders this morning and the balance has not changed at all. Could be a Halloween curse?..Hopefully fixed quickly before disbursements due later.

Confirmed 40 an hour ago and 24 have gone through in minutes but 16 not showing an hour later and when searching by order no it says No Results Found… Amazon keeping some more money for themselves maybe?

I understand your concern is regarding payment information for your orders are not showing in payment section.

Please be informed that currently, their is a technical latency where orders payment information is not updated for the orders placed on 31st Oct and 1st Nov’19.

The technical team is aware of this issue and they are currently working towards it to ensure that the latency is fixed and payment information shows at the earliest.

Once it is fixed you will be able to view the information in the payments section.

Same here. Marked 60 odd orders as despatched and no payment. Dispercment has now gone through so balance is showing as zero. Hope it sorts itself out but at the very least it means they’ll keep the money for the 60 odd orders for another 2 weeks. Cancel Christmas!!

I have orders from 10 minutes ago gone on to my balance sheet, yet orders from 5 hours ago still not showing, I am worried now how many times could this of happened and me not get paid, in fact the only way I find the order is a manual serach bu order number, I never check orders all being credited does anybody do this?
