I’ve been trying to upload my credit card details for over 6 months and I keep getting a technical issue and I’m unable to do so , none of the functions on my uk account work and when I reach out to the team, they close the case and say send a case log which I can not do

This now has resulted in my USA account being deactivated due to violation of policy leaving me in financial difficulties, if I could upload the information I would but there is clearly a technical issue if someone took the time to look into the uk account , I’ve attached screen shots of the errors and the two pages are the only ones I can access

I’ve seen many issues on here similar to mine @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgPyou seem to be the one helping

I desperately need this fixing before Amazon destroy all my USA stock for reasons completely out of my control

Any help on this would be much appreciated. I am trying to verify my credit card - when I initially did this I was trying to verify in the UK market (Amazon.co.uk). When doing this, I would approve the £1 payment on my app, but would get an error message on the amazon account 'unable to verify card'.

Now, when I am trying to verify card, it isnt even giving me the UK market as an option (the other market places are all still there, the UK one has just disappeared). I have tried verifying in other market places and once I approve the payment through my account it just comes up a blank screen and once I close that down, nothing has gone through.

Any ideas?

I have just signed up, and ready to add products, however I receive the following message:

"Invalid Charge Method

You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account".

So I click on the "View Charge Method" box and it take me to a screen with the following message…

"Verification of credit card needed

We need to verify your credit card details with your bank in all Europe marketplaces. You will see a temporary authorisation of 1 Euro. You will not be charged for that amount.”

There are various assigned market places for me to choose from.

Amazon.fr

Amazon.it

Amazon.nl

Amazon.de

Amazon.es

Amazon.se

Amazon.com.be

Amazon.pl

Should I verify card details for all those markets that have been assigned even if we have no plans to sell in those countries? Is there any benefit to doing that / not doing that? Or should I just stick to the UK?
