Veeqo Shipped USA Orders Not Covered by Amazon? Have to Appeal to Amazon UK?
I received an A-Z Claim on one of my orders I shipped with Veeqo. 3 strange things about it:
1. The buyer never communicated with us (I thought that is supposed to be the requirement and they cannot file an A-Z Claim until 24 or 48 hours from when they message us).
2. The next strange thing was that since we used Veeqo and the tracking number shows the package entered the mail system on time (it got lost or is heavily delayed) . According to Amazon/Veeqo we are supposed to be protected by Amazon A-Z claims (I tried to include the link to Veeqo that states this but the forum will not allow it since it is not an Amazon.com website).
3. The final kicker is that if I want to dispute the claim, the message says I have to file my rebuttal on amazon.co.uk even though I am not selling in the UK and my buyer is not in the UK either. I do not have a UK Marketplace account.
Are others having this problem as well? How was an A-Z Claim filed without any notice? Why isn't Amazon honoring Veeqo as a legitimate shipping carrier when they own the company, and will they actually do anything if I try to appeal to the UK office for a US order?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. If there are any Amazon employees reading this, the order # is 114-2591045-8398640.

Orders shipped on time and using approved shipping services through Veeqo are protected just as they would be if shipping is purchased directly through Buy Shipping.
Were you informed through the claim response that you should reach out to amazon.co.uk?
Also, when you wrote "the tracking number shows the package entered the mail system on time," what is the last tracking available for that shipment? Does it show that it was shipped on time?
Can you please share the Case ID from this support discussion?
