Here is the Amazon Marketplace Returns Policy - this one applies solely to third party sellers:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201819160
Regarding return timeframes, buyers on Amazon have 30 days past delivery to return their items for a refund.
Sellers are required to refund the product price + standard shipping cost if the return gets requested within 14 days past delivery.
If a return is requested within 14 and 30 days after delivery, you only need to refund the product price, unless a fault was on your side.

There are exceptions to the basic return policy which you have been linked to
Clothing, Jewellery, Handbags and Shoes all require the seller to offer free returns no matter the reason, if the return request is received within the inital 14 day period after delivery.
This is because Amazon offer this, and 3rd party sellers must match or exceed the returns policies that Amazon offer.

Could you please read the Amazon terms and conditions instead of asking others to do so for you? It’s a pretty simple expectation.
Bear in mind that simply obeying the Amazon returns policy does not mean that you are compliant with the UK laws which govern transactions on the .uk site. You should also check on the Consumer Rights Act 2015, especially if the item is claimed to be faulty, because Amazon’s 30-day rule does not apply in such cases (you must accept faulty returns for up to 6 months after the transaction).
