Issue with Brand Name Not Displaying on Product Titles and Listing
Hello Dear Amazon Brand Registry Support,
I am encountering an issue with my product listings where my brand name is not showing up in the title, even though it is always listed first.
I have reached out to Selling Partner Support multiple times but have only received repetitive, unhelpful responses advising me to delete and recreate all my listings or suggesting that I am part of a forced opt-in experiment. These solutions do not address the issue and seem unreasonable given my situation.
As a brand-registered seller, it is perplexing and frustrating that my brand name does not appear as intended in my product titles. I have gone through the proper channels to get my brand registered and trademarked, and this issue undermines the effort and resources invested in this process.
Could you please assist in resolving this matter so that my brand name correctly appears in my product titles?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

here's what Amazon has replied in case ID 15451141441:
"Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
My name is Gokul ; I'm a Brand Support Representative.
I'm happy to provide information about why your brand name isn’t shown on the search result for product titles.
In order to improve the customer shopping experience, we have launched a new way to show product titles that brings the most important information about the product and brand to the forefront with the focus of driving higher conversion and increased sales.
In certain cases, we are giving more space in the title to displaying additional product features that will be more helpful to the customer instead of the brand name. Brand name will continue to be displayed on the product detail page in the “Brand” byline.
Brands that do not have their brand name show in titles, but want their brand name to be displayed, can focus on building a stronger brand by communicating their unique brand story and value proposition with Amazon tools like Brand Stores, Posts, A+ Brand Story and Sponsored Brands.
Furthermore, brands can keep their customers engaged and better informed by communicating with them via Brand Tailored Promotions and Customer Reviews. By using these tools and creating high quality content, sellers can make their brand name more relevant and more likely to be displayed in the title.
Thank you for contacting Amazon. Have a great day."

I'm continuing to try to get my brand name back in product titles. I encourage all brand sellers to protect their interests and stand against this forced "experiment" from Amazon.

This is by design. Certain categories, Amazon is playing with only having the Brand be below, not in the title. There is NOTHING you can do to change this, it is a global setting. I have gone down this road.

My experience is similar to CaptVita. Some categories it will display and some it won't. You can try adding it manually to the title and it may show up depending on how locked down Amazon has your listings, but there is no setting to change the auto behavior as far as I am aware.

Just noticed all of our product titles have been edited as well, even though the dashboard still has the brand name in the title. Sounds like another easy way for counterfeiters to jump on a branded product listing and take it over.
