want to sell product with permission
Hi there,
I Purchased a product from manfaturer and then I send my inventory to Amazon then 2 of 3 listings deactivated due to parallel import . I contacted supplier they told thye have no rights for these toe products beacuse a company got trademark ownership for these two products . I am confused becasue I still did not recieved brand from the owner of listing . How i can approach them , I have just email brandcontroluk

parallel import can mean a few things when it comes to this violation.
generally it refers to having purchased a foreign version of a uk product, but it can mean on Amazon that simply a seller has an agreement with the brand to be the exclusive supplier of that item on Amazon.
But your post isn’t 100% clear. You refer to buying from a manufacturer and a supplier. However if the listing is brand registered by someone and there is either an agreement in place to only have limited sellers selling these lines, then the violation is likely correct.
It would be on you to do due diligence and ask if there are exclusivity deals in place for selling on Amazon.

If you are not in the USA marketplace, you have a good possibility of activation. We were deactivated for similar reasons and got activated after 6 months.
