what makes you think its fake ?
If you cancel an order without the buyer requesting it in the official way (order cancellation headed email) you will get a defect on your account

Send fully tracked to protect yourself, it may be a test purchase, but as long as your product matches exactly the detail page, (brand, EAN, description) etc… you will be fine.
A competitor can not leave a negative feedback or review without putting their own account at risk.

Should I do this if I have received 9 different orders for the same item that were placed hours apart and all from the same city in Italy? Will it be fine if the criteria you mentioned is correct? I had 3 stores de-activated a while back for the same issue!
