"Your Product Requires Approval to Sell"

Hi,

I created the product listing ASIN B0DZ35FWJY. Product ID (UPC): 860003095416. SKU: CE. When I tried to Create a Shipment to FBA, I received the message:

"Your product requires approval to sell."

Using the Request Approval link resulted in this message:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

I am the brand owner of the brand for this product and the brand is Brand Registered.

Brand name: Rave. Brand ID: 629740. And I am listed as the administrator and rights owner.

I opened a case with Seller Support and was told that my account was not eligible to sell this product. Case ID number is 17333026231

Can you please help?

Because your launch date is set to September 1st, 2025, the partner team is unable to review your selling application.

Please adjust your launch date to a current date so the team can review your request. If you have questions about those steps follow these:

To update the Offer Release Date I created a post -->HERE<-- and will share the steps here as well:

  1. Go to your Seller Central Account
  2. Select Manage Inventory
  3. Search for the ASIN you would like to update the release date on
  4. Then go to edit on the listing when it pops up.
  5. It will take you to the offer tab
  6. Go down to Offering Release Date and Merchant Release Date and update it to the date you want to start actively selling your product.
  7. Once date is edited, click save and finish (the date should update in about 15 to 30 minutes after the changes are made)

Please let us know if those steps were able to help and when the date is updated.
