product authenticity

Hi to all sellers, I have been selling for approximately a month now and I recently received a product authenticity complaint which has had a substantial effect on my account health. The customer complained it was inauthenctic, I have submitted the documents. But for some reason more of my listings are automatically being taken down by amazon for some reason, this is really concerning as I had plans to sell on amazon for the long term, but right now these false accusations are heading me towards a deactivation. I have also submitted the invoices for these but get denied, its literally meets all the requirements. Any response or help would be appreciated.

Hard to offer much advice without knowing the reason for the other listings being removed. That said, looking at some of your previous listings it looks like you are jumping onto listings you shouldn't be.

B0BB75YK9J is a decent example. It looks like the identical product is available under multiple different brands (B0BJVBWTH2 for example). That's not uncommon as it happens a lot (too much) on Amazon. In this case you listed under the brand "Houdao" which is owned by a Chinese company. If you don't have valid invoices which say "Houdao" then you will get kicked off the listing if the brand owner complains.

Hello @Seller_ZLG4NSGNhU4ni,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.

Have you already reached out to Seller Support regarding this issue? If so, would you mind sharing the Case ID?

Please also refer to the Amazon product authenticity and quality help page, you will find there plenty of useful information in order to avoid having issues of this kind.

Best,

Simon
